By my estimate I have shot over 10,000 rolls of film, 1,000,000 images and 1300+ weddings.
I aim to create work that is real, natural,artistic AND FUN. I take much inspiration from editorial lifestyle, fashion and wedding magazines as well as the internet. I give my work that editorial magazine feel. Although I love candid shots above all others, many of my candid shots are actually posed! I believe a good photographer not only captures those fleeting moments, but has the ability to create them as well. I give all my subjects direction, yet you are never left feeling unnatural or awkward.
Before starting Contemporary Image in 1991 I was a Designer, Art Director, and Commercial Photographer. Since then I have focused on shooting portraits, headshots and weddings.
